About Us

Synchroworks was founded by Adam Pecio, who initially developed the name and concept as part of a school project. Today, the family-run and operated business provides a full range of services, from web design to cybersecurity to AGMs.

Adam is an innovative, forward-minded leader who graduated from the University of Toronto and has over 20 years of experience in cybersecurity and managed IT services. His proven ability to build high functioning teams is evident through the eager and results-oriented professionals who work with us today.

Our people hold certifications like Microsoft and PMP that prove project leadership experience as well as expertise. Combined, we have worked across a wide range of industries and with large companies such as Ingram Micro and IBM. Our collective experiences help us assist a wide range of clients, including leading Canadian banks (TD, CIBC, and BMO), processing and telecommunication companies (Moneris, Rogers & Bell), news channels (Toronto Star), educational institutes (York University), and even big hospitality (Four Seasons, Sheraton, and Best Western) and travel companies (Bombardier).

Since 2005, the company’s focus has gradually shifted from residential computer services to business managed IT services & solutions, web and graphic design, digital marketing and website development and maintenance.

Our goal is to help leaders in the creation of a consistent, profitable and successful business, regardless of potential difficulties or roadblocks. We rely on the experience of qualified professionals and personally probe-tested tools to meet all of our client’s needs.
